एवं विध्येभ्यः पृथिवीं लभमानो अर्थ शास्त्रवित् । संहितेभ्यः परेभ्यश् च विशेषम् अधिगच्छति ॥

Whoever, well-versed in the science of polity, wrests land from such and other enemies will outshine both his allies in combination with him and enemies out of combination.

english translation

evaM vidhyebhyaH pRthivIM labhamAno artha zAstravit । saMhitebhyaH parebhyaz ca vizeSam adhigacchati ॥
