hk transliteration by Sanscriptबालिशात् प्राज्ञाद् वा भूमि लाभ इति बालिशाद् भूमि लाभः श्रेयान् ॥

bAlizAt prAjJAd vA bhUmi lAbha iti bAlizAd bhUmi lAbhaH zreyAn ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसुप्राप्या अनुपाल्या हि भवति, अप्रत्यादेया च ॥
as it can be easily acquired and secured, and cannot be taken back.

suprApyA anupAlyA hi bhavati, apratyAdeyA ca ॥

whereas that obtained from a wise king, beloved of his subjects, is of a reverse nature.
