एवं षड्भिर् गुणैर् एतैः स्थितः प्रकृति मण्डले । पर्येषेत क्षयात् स्थानं स्थानाद् वृद्धिं च कर्मसु ॥

Thus, a king in the circle of sovereign state shall, by adopting the six-fold policy, endeavour to pass from the state of deterioration to that of stagnation and from the latter to that of progress.

english translation

evaM SaDbhir guNair etaiH sthitaH prakRti maNDale । paryeSeta kSayAt sthAnaM sthAnAd vRddhiM ca karmasu ॥
