कोश भाण्ड अगार अक्ष शालाभ्यश् चतुर् भाग मूल्येषु एत एव द्वि गुणा दण्डाः ॥

When any person seizes articles of ¼th of the above value from Government treasury, granaries, or offices of Superintendents, he shall be punished with twice the above fines.

english translation

koza bhANDa agAra akSa zAlAbhyaz catur bhAga mUlyeSu eta eva dvi guNA daNDAH ॥
