प्रसह्य दिवा रात्रौ वा आन्तर्यामिकम् अपहरतो अर्ध मूल्येषु एत एव दण्डाः ॥

When a person seizes by force, whether during the early part of the day or night, articles of half the above values, he shall be punished with double the above fines.

english translation

prasahya divA rAtrau vA AntaryAmikam apaharato ardha mUlyeSu eta eva daNDAH ॥
