निष्पन्न सस्यम् अन्य विषयं वा सजन पदो यायात्, समुद्र सरस् तटाकानि वा संश्रयेत ॥
lth (vamanam) may be resorted to. Or the king with his subjects may emigrate to another kingdom with abundant harvest. Or he may remove himself with his subjects to seashores or to the banks of rivers or lakes.
