अनुज्ञात क्रयाद् उपरि च एषां स्व देशीयानां पण्यानां पञ्चकं शतम् आजीवं स्थापयेत्, पर देशीयानां दशकम् ॥
The Superintendent of Commerce shall fix a profit of five per cent over and above the fixed price of local commodities, and ten per cent on foreign produce.
