Arthashastra
ततः परस्य प्रेषयेत् "असौ ते वैरी मम अपकरोति, तम् एहि सम्भूय हनिष्यावः, भूमौ हिरण्ये वा ते परिग्रहः" इति ॥
Then, one should send word to another, saying: "This enemy of yours is harming me. Come , let us unite and kill him. The land or gold will be your reward."
english translation
tataH parasya preSayet "asau te vairI mama apakaroti, tam ehi sambhUya haniSyAvaH, bhUmau hiraNye vA te parigrahaH" iti ॥
