सामान्ये वेश्मनि साहाय्यम् अप्रयच्छतः, सामान्यम् उपरुन्धतो भोगं च गृहे द्वादश पणो दण्डः ॥
If any one of a party does not take part in the construction of a building which is intended for the common use of all the members of that party or if any one obstructs another member of a party in making use of any part of such a building, he shall be fined 12 panas.
