स्त्री पुंसयोर् मैथुन अर्थेन अङ्ग विचेष्टायां रहो अश्लील सम्भाषायां वा चतुर् विंशति पणः स्त्रिया दण्डः, पुंसो द्वि गुणः ॥
If a man and a woman make signs to each other with a view to sensual enjoyment, or carry on secret conversation (for the same purpose), the woman shall pay a fine of 24 panas, and the man, double the amount.
