ताम्र वृत्त कंस काच दन्त भाण्ड आदीनां स्थूलक द्रव्याणाम् अष्ट चत्वारिंशत् पण अवरः षण् णवति परः पूर्वः साहस दण्डः ॥

and for such articles of still greater value as copper, brass, bronze, glass, ivory and vessels, etc., it shall range from 48 to 96 panas. This fine is termed the first amercement.
