पर चक्र अटवी हृतं तु प्रत्यानीय राजा यथा स्वं प्रयच्छेत् ॥
Whatever of the property of his own subjects the king brings back from the forests and countries of enemies, shall be handed over to its owner.

para cakra aTavI hRtaM tu pratyAnIya rAjA yathA svaM prayacchet ॥
