असत् प्रतिग्रहे युक्तः स्तेनः कुत्सित याजकः । अदोषस् त्यक्तुम् अन्योन्यं कर्म संकर निश्चयात् ॥

sanskrit

or one who has violated the chastify of the wife of his preceptor, a receiver of condemnable gifts, or is a thief, or one whose performance of sacrificial acts is condemnable, it is no offence to send out such a priest.

english translation

asat pratigrahe yuktaH stenaH kutsita yAjakaH । adoSas tyaktum anyonyaM karma saMkara nizcayAt ॥
