देश काल अतिपातनेन कर्मणाम् अन्यथा करणे वा न असकामः कृतम् अनुमन्येत ॥

But owing to consideration of changes that have occurred in time and place or owing to bad workmanship of the labourer, the employer may not be pleased with what has already been turned out by the labourer.

deza kAla atipAtanena karmaNAm anyathA karaNe vA na asakAmaH kRtam anumanyeta ॥
