Arthashastra
नमस् कृत्वा च मनवे बद्ध्वा शुनक फेलकाः । ये देवा देव लोकेषु मानुषेषु च ब्राह्मणाः ॥
Having bowed to Manu, and having tethered the roguish dogs (sunakaphelaka), and having also bowed to those gods who are in heaven, and to Bráhmans among mankind.
english translation
namas kRtvA ca manave baddhvA zunaka phelakAH । ye devA deva lokeSu mAnuSeSu ca brAhmaNAH ॥
