स एव चित्रम् एक अन्त्र मधु युक्तः प्रमेहम् आपादयति, मनुष्य लोहित युक्तः शोषम् ॥
The smoke caused by burning the same mixture together with the entrails of chitrabheka (a kind of frog of variegated colour), and madhu (celtis orientalis?) causes gonorrhœa. The same mixture, wetted with human blood causes consumption.
english translation
sa eva citram eka antra madhu yuktaH prameham ApAdayati, manuSya lohita yuktaH zoSam ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptदूषी विषं मदन कोद्रव चूर्णम् अपजिह्विका योगः ॥
The powder of dúshívisha (?), madana (dattúra plant ?), and kodrava (paspalam scrobiculatum) destroys the tongue.
english translation
dUSI viSaM madana kodrava cUrNam apajihvikA yogaH ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptमातृ वाहक अञ्जलि कार प्रचलाक भेक अक्षि पीलुक योगो विषूचिका करः ॥
The mixture of the powder of mátriváhaka (?), jalúka (leech), the tail of a peacock, the eyes of a frog, and píluká (careya arborea) causes the disease known as vishúchika.

mAtR vAhaka aJjali kAra pracalAka bheka akSi pIluka yogo viSUcikA karaH ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपञ्च कुष्ठक कौण्डिन्य कराज वृक्ष पुष्प मधु योगो ज्वर करः ॥
The mixture of panchakushtha (?), kaundinyaka (?), rájavriksha (cassia fistula), and madhupushpa (bassia latifolia) and madhu (honey?) causes fever.

paJca kuSThaka kauNDinya karAja vRkSa puSpa madhu yogo jvara karaH ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptभासन कुल जिह्वा ग्रन्थिका योगः खरी क्षीर पिष्टो मूक बधिर- करो मास अर्ध मासिकः ॥
The mixture prepared from the powder of the knot of the tongue of bhája (?), and nakula (mongoose) reduced to a paste with the milk of a she-donkey causes both dumbness and deafness.

bhAsana kula jihvA granthikA yogaH kharI kSIra piSTo mUka badhira- karo mAsa ardha mAsikaH ॥
