काली कुष्ठ नड शतावली मूलं सर्प प्रचलाक कृकण पञ्च कुष्ठ चूर्णं वा धूमः पूर्व कल्पेन आर्द्र शुष्क पलालेन वा प्रणीतः संग्राम अवतरण अवस्कन्दन संकुलेषु कृत नेजन उदक अक्षि प्रतीकारैः प्रणीतः सर्व प्राणिनां नेत्रघ्नः ॥
