इतो अर्थ इतरतो अनर्थ संशय इत्य् उभयतो अर्थ अनर्थ संशय आपद् ॥
When there is the prospect of wealth from one side and the apprehension of doubtful harm from another, it is a doubtful situation of harm and wealth from two sides.
