मन्त्रिणाम् उपदेशाल् लाभो अलभ्यमानः कोपको भवति "अयम् अस्माभिः क्षय व्ययौ ग्राहितः" इति ॥
that profit which is received at the advice of ministers excites hatred, for they think: „This king has reduced our party and impoverished us."
english translation
mantriNAm upadezAl lAbho alabhyamAnaH kopako bhavati "ayam asmAbhiH kSaya vyayau grAhitaH" iti ॥
