"zakti deza kAlAnAM tu zaktiH zreyasI" ity AcAryAH ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptशक्तिमान् हि निम्न स्थलवतो देशस्य शीत उष्ण वर्षवतश् च कालस्य शक्तः प्रतीकारे भवति ॥
for a man who is possessed of strength can overcome the difficulties due either to the unevenness of the ground or to the cold, hot, or rainy periods of time.

zaktimAn hi nimna sthalavato dezasya zIta uSNa varSavataz ca kAlasya zaktaH pratIkAre bhavati ॥
