शुद्धं वा मद्यं पाद्यं वा मद्यं दद्याद् एकम् अहः, उत्तरं रस् सिद्धं प्रयच्छेत् ॥
or having given pure liquor to the officers of the enemy's army, he may give them poisoned liquor when they are in intoxication.
english translation
zuddhaM vA madyaM pAdyaM vA madyaM dadyAd ekam ahaH, uttaraM ras siddhaM prayacchet ॥
