शिवभक्तस्य भिक्षान्नंशिवभक्तिविवर्धनम् । शंभुसत्रमिति प्राहुर्भिक्षान्नंशिवयोगिनः १५६ ।
Charitable food of a devotee of Śiva increases devotion to Śiva. Śivayogins call such charitable food sacrificial offerings to Siva.
english translation
येन केनाप्युपायेन यत्र कुत्रापि भूतले । शुद्धान्नभुक्सदा मौनीरहस्यं न प्रकाशयेत् १५७ ।
The devotee of Śiva shall always be scrupulous about the purity of his food, wherever he stays and whatever means of sustenance he has. He shall observe silence and shall not disclose the secret.
english translation
प्रकाशयेत्तु भक्तानां शिवमाहात्म्यमेव हि । रहस्यं शिवमंत्रस्य शिवो जानाति नापरः १५८ ।
To the devotees he shall expound the greatness of Śiva. Only Śiva can know the secret of Śivamantra. No one else.

शिवभक्तो वसेन्नित्यं शिवलिंगं समाश्रितः । स्थाणुलिंगाश्रयेणैव स्थाणुर्भवति भूसुराः १५९ ।
The devotee of Śiva shall always resort to the phallic emblem of Śiva. O brahmins, one becomes Śiva by resorting to stationary phallic emblem.
english translation
पूजया चरलिंगस्य क्रमान्मुक्तो भवेद्ध्रुवम् । सर्वमुक्तं समासेन साध्यसाधनमुत्तमम् 1-18-१६० ।
By worshipping the mobile phallic image the liberation is certainly gradual. Thus I have mentioned the achievable and the excellent means of achievement.
