दीपसर्षपदानाच्च अपस्मारक्षयो भवेत् । कृत्तिकासोमवारेषु शिवस्य यजनं नृणाम् ५१ ।
By performing worship of Lord Shiva on the days of Kṛttikā and Soma-vāra (Monday), using offerings like oil lamps (dīpa) and sesame seeds (sarṣapa), one can be relieved of apasmāra (forgetfulness or mental disorders) and attain overall well-being.

महादारिद्र्य शमनं सर्वसंपत्करं भवेत् । गृहक्षेत्रादिदानाच्च गृहोपकरणादिना ५२ ।
By performing donations related to the house, land, and other possessions, one can remove great poverty and attain all kinds of prosperity.

कृत्तिकाभौमवारेषु स्कंदस्य यजनान्नृणाम् । दीपघंटादिदानाद्वै वाक्सिद्धिरचिराद्भवेत् ५३ ।
The worship of Skanda on Tuesdays in the month of Kārtika, and making gifts of houses, fields, domestic articles and utensils, lamps, bells etc. the devotee gains eloquence without delay.

कृत्तिकासौम्यवारेषु विष्णोर्वै यजनं नृणाम् । दध्योदनस्य दानं च सत्संतानकरं भवेत् ५४ ।
The worship of Viṣṇu on Wednesdays in the month of Kārtika together with the gift of cooked rice with curds yields good progeny.

कृतिकागुरुवारेषु ब्रह्मणो यजनाद्धनैः । मधुस्वर्णाज्यदानेन भोगवृद्धिर्भवेन्नृणाम् ५५ ।
The worship of Brahman on Thursdays in the month of Kārtika and the gift of honey, gold and ghee affords the increase of worldly pleasures.
