आसप्ततेस्तु नियमं पश्चात्प्रव्राजनं चरेत् । प्रातर्द्वादशसाहस्रं प्रव्राजीप्रणवं जपेत् ४७ ।
Till he completes his seventieth year he shall follow these rules. Afterwards he can take to renunciation. After renunciation he shall repeat the Praṇava twelve thousand times in the morning every day.
