Shiva Purana
इतरत्त्वात्मरक्षार्थं ब्रह्मयोनिषु जायते । दिवाकरमुपस्थाय नित्यमित्थं समाचरेत् ४५ ।
Repetition for less number of times may guard the soul to a certain extent and bring about rebirth in the family of a brahmin. After the worship of the sun, the brahmin shall practise thus every day.
english translation
itarattvAtmarakSArthaM brahmayoniSu jAyate । divAkaramupasthAya nityamitthaM samAcaret 45 ।
