शिरसीशानमंत्रेण कर्णे तत्पुरुषेण च । अघोरेण गले धार्यं तेनैव हृदयेपि च 1.25.४० ।

sanskrit

It shall be worn on the head repeating Īśāna mantra; on the ears with Tripuruṣa mantra; round the neck with Aghora mantra and on the chest also likewise.

english translation

zirasIzAnamaMtreNa karNe tatpuruSeNa ca | aghoreNa gale dhAryaM tenaiva hRdayepi ca 1.25.40 |
