ये निंदंति महेश्वरं त्रिजगतामाधारभूतं हरं ये निन्दंति त्रिपुंड्रधारणकरं दोषस्तु तद्दर्शने । ते वै संकरसूकरासुरखरश्वक्रोष्टुकीटोपमा जाता एव भवंति पापपरमास्तेनारकाः केवलम् ४६ ।

sanskrit

They may not see the sun during the day and the moon during the night. They may not see them even during sleep. They may be freed by repeating the Vedic Rudra Sūkta. Those who censure a person wearing the Tripuṇḍra are fools. A mere talk with them may cause the fall into hell. There is no way of saving then.

english translation

ye niMdaMti mahezvaraM trijagatAmAdhArabhUtaM haraM ye nindaMti tripuMDradhAraNakaraM doSastu taddarzane | te vai saMkarasUkarAsurakharazvakroSTukITopamA jAtA eva bhavaMti pApaparamAstenArakAH kevalam 46 |
