तावत्कलिमहोत्पाताः संचरिष्यंति निर्भयाः । यावच्छिवपुराणं हि नोदेष्यति जगत्यहो ६ ।

It is only as long as the Śivapurāṇa has not risen high in the world, that the evil portents of Kali fearlessly roam about.

tAvatkalimahotpAtAH saMcariSyaMti nirbhayAH | yAvacchivapurANaM hi nodeSyati jagatyaho 6 |
