ये त्यजंति शिवाचारं शिवभक्तान्द्विषंति च ।। असंपूज्य शिवज्ञानं येऽधीयंते लिखंति च ।। १४ ।।

Those who abandon the conduct of Lord Śiva and hate the devotees of Lord Śiva Those who study and write without worshiping the knowledge of Lord Śiva.
