त्वम्ब्रह्म पूर्णममृतं विशोकं निर्गुणम्परम् ॥ आनंदमात्रमव्यग्रमविकारमनात्मकम् ॥ १६ ॥
You are the perfect Brahman, the nectar, free from grief, devoid of attributes and the great one. You are the sole bliss, free from excitement, aberrations and even static and insentient.
english translation
tvambrahma pUrNamamRtaM vizokaM nirguNamparam ॥ AnaMdamAtramavyagramavikAramanAtmakam ॥ 16 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptविश्वस्य हेतुरुदयस्थितिसंयमनस्य हि ॥ तदपेक्षतयात्मेशोऽनपेक्षस्सर्वदा विभुः ॥ १७ ॥
You are the cause of production, sustenance and dissolution of the universe Śiva, the lord of souls, is greater than the universe. He is free from the necessity of its aid. He is always pervasive.
english translation
vizvasya heturudayasthitisaMyamanasya hi ॥ tadapekSatayAtmezo'napekSassarvadA vibhuH ॥ 17 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptएकस्त्वमेव सदसद्वयमद्वयमेव च ॥ स्वर्णं कृताकृतमिव वस्तुभेदो न चैव हि ॥ १६ ॥
You are the One, both Sat and Asat. You are non-dual. Gold whether as the basic metal or as the ready made ornament does not alter in its basic and intrinsic essence.

ekastvameva sadasadvayamadvayameva ca ॥ svarNaM kRtAkRtamiva vastubhedo na caiva hi ॥ 16 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअज्ञानतस्त्वयि जनैर्विकल्पो विदितो यतः ॥ तस्माद्भ्रमप्रतीकारो निरुपाधेर्न हि स्वतः ॥ १९ ॥
People have doubts in you by their ignorance. The remedy for illusion lies in thinking on your Nirguṇa aspect, not by itself.
english translation
ajJAnatastvayi janairvikalpo vidito yataH ॥ tasmAdbhramapratIkAro nirupAdherna hi svataH ॥ 19 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptधन्या वयं महेशान तव दर्शनमात्रतः ॥ दृढभक्तजनानन्दप्रदश्शम्भो दयां कुरु ॥ 2-3-49-२० ॥
O supreme lord, we are blessed by your very vision. O Śiva, you are the bestower of supreme bliss to the people who are steady in their devotion. Have mercy.

dhanyA vayaM mahezAna tava darzanamAtrataH ॥ dRDhabhaktajanAnandapradazzambho dayAM kuru ॥ 2-3-49-20 ॥
