तथा च ब्राह्मणा रुद्रं तथा कालीं प्रचक्षते॥ सर्वं ताभ्यान्ततः प्राप्तमिच्छया सत्यलीलया॥ २६॥
It is so that Brahmins mention Rudra and Kālī. Thanks to their wish and truthful sports everything is obtained by them.
english translation
न तस्योत्पादकः कश्चिद्भर्ता हर्ता न तस्य हि ॥ स्वयं सर्वस्य हेतुस्ते कार्यभूताच्युतादयः ॥ २७ ॥
He has no progenitor, no sustainer and no annihilator. He himself is the cause of all Viṣṇu and others are his creations.
english translation
स्वयं च कारणं कार्यं स्वस्य नैव कदाचन ॥ एकोव्यनेकतां यातोप्यनेकोप्येकतां व्रजेत् ॥ २८॥
He is not the creation of any one. Though single he assumes manifold shapes. Seeming to be many he becomes unified into one.
english translation
एकं बीजं बहिर्भूत्वा पुनर्बीजं च जायते ॥ बहुत्वे च स्वयं सर्वं शिवरूपी महेश्वरः ॥ २९ ॥
A single seed grows into a tree and produces many seeds. Even in their multiplicity they are of one tree. Maheśvara in the form of Śiva is verily like this.
english translation
एतत्परं शिवज्ञानं तत्त्वतस्तदुदाहृतम् ॥ जानाति ज्ञानवानेव नान्यः कश्चिदृषीश्वराः ॥ ३० ॥
This is the great knowledge of Śiva explained factually. O great sages, only the wise know this, none else.
