नाभौ बाह्वौः संधिषु च पृष्ठ चैव यथाक्रमम् ॥ प्रक्षाल्य हस्तौ च ततो द्विराचम्य यथाविधि ॥ २६॥
Uttering Pañcīkaraṇa mantra, the scholarly ascetic shall think of his preceptor. In the manner as explained hereafter he shall perform six Prāṇāyāmas.
english translation
nAbhau bAhvauH saMdhiSu ca pRSTha caiva yathAkramam ॥ prakSAlya hastau ca tato dvirAcamya yathAvidhi ॥ 26॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptपंचीकरणमुच्चार्य भावयेत्स्वगुरुं बुधः ॥ वक्ष्यमाणप्रकारेण प्राणायामान्षडाचरेत् ॥ २७ ॥
The wise man should chant the mantra Panchikarana and meditate on his spiritual master. One should perform six pranayama in the manner described.
english translation
paMcIkaraNamuccArya bhAvayetsvaguruM budhaH ॥ vakSyamANaprakAreNa prANAyAmAnSaDAcaret ॥ 27 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptदक्षहस्तेन संगृह्य जलं वामेन पाणिना ॥ समाच्छाद्य द्विषड्वारं प्रणवे नाभिमंत्रयेत् ॥ २८ ॥
Holding the water with his right hand and his left hand Cover the body and chant the oṁkāra twenty-six times.
english translation
dakSahastena saMgRhya jalaM vAmena pANinA ॥ samAcchAdya dviSaDvAraM praNave nAbhimaMtrayet ॥ 28 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptएवं त्रिवारं संप्रोक्ष्य शिरसि त्रिः पिबेत्ततः ॥ समाहितेन मनसा ध्यायन्नोंकारमीश्वरम्॥ २९ ॥
Thus sprinkle three times on the head and then drink three times. Meditating on the Lord with a concentrated mind.
english translation
evaM trivAraM saMprokSya zirasi triH pibettataH ॥ samAhitena manasA dhyAyannoMkAramIzvaram॥ 29 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसौरमण्डलमध्यस्थं सर्वतेजोमयं परम् ॥ अष्टबाहुं चतुर्वक्त्रमर्द्धनारीकमद्भुतम् ॥ ३०॥
It is situated in the middle of the solar system and is supremely effulgent He had eight arms and four faces and was half a woman and wonderful.

sauramaNDalamadhyasthaM sarvatejomayaM param ॥ aSTabAhuM caturvaktramarddhanArIkamadbhutam ॥ 30॥
