Shiva Purana
उक्तानि सप्तावरणान्यस्य विश्वस्य गुप्तये ॥ चक्राद्दशगुणाधिक्यं सलिलस्य विधीयते ॥ ४७ ॥
Such are the seven sheaths which protect the universe. The expanse of water is ten times more massive than the wheel.
english translation
uktAni saptAvaraNAnyasya vizvasya guptaye ॥ cakrAddazaguNAdhikyaM salilasya vidhIyate ॥ 47 ॥
