निष्कलस्सर्व्वदेवानामादिदेवस्सनातनः ॥ ज्ञानक्रियास्वभावो यः पर मात्मेति गीयते ॥ १४॥
The unsullied being, the primordial and the eternal lord of all who is stated to be the supreme soul has knowledge and the ritual as his innate nature.
