मृतौ रोग्यल्पायुस्तपसि शुभधर्मात्मसुतवान् जयी सिद्दारम्भो नभसि शुभकृत्सत्प्रियकरः । मनस्वी बह्वायुर्धनतनयभृत्यैः सह भवे व्यये द्वेष्यो दुह्खी शशिनि परिभूतोऽलसतमः ॥ ७॥
The person at whose birth the Moon is in the 8 th house will suffer from diseases and will be short-lived. If the Moon should occupy the 9 th house at a birth, the person concerned will be prosperous, virtuous and blessed with children. He will be victorious, and all his undertakings will be crowned with success at the beginning itself.
