कुमार्गयुक्तोऽशुभमालिकाख्ये दुःखी परेषां वधकृत् कृतघ्नः । स्यात्कातरो भूसुरभक्तिहोनो लोकाभिशप्तः कलहप्रियः स्यात् ॥ २३॥
He who is born in an Asubhamalika Yoga will resort to bad ways, will be unhappy, will tease or kill others, will be ungrateful, will be timid, will have no reverence for Brahmins, will be cursed by the public and will be fond of (promoting) quarrels.
