पुत्रप्राप्तिं बन्धुविलासं नृपतीनां साचिव्यं वा धीशदशायां बहुमानम् । प्राज्यैर्भोज्यैर्मृष्टमिहाश्नाति ददाति श्रेयस्कार्यं सज्जनशस्तं स विदध्यात् ॥ ६॥
During the Dasa of the lord of the 5 th nouse, the native may expect the birth of a son, respect and merriment with relations, or the post of a councillor under kings. He will (command), feed others and enjoy all kinds of (cooked dishes) dainties in lenty. He will accomplish acts meritorious winning che approbation of the virtuous.

During the Dasa-period of the lord of the 7 th house, the person born acquires new clothes, jewels, new bed, etc., He will be contented will fully enjoy all pleasures in the company of his beloved. He will be very powerful or virile and perform marriages or similar auspicious festivities in his family and undertake pleasure-trips.

During the Dasa-period of the lord of the 8 th house, if the planet is strong, one ought to expect the complete discharge of debts, his own elevation, cessation of quarrels, and acquisition of buffaloes, cows, goats and servants.

During the Dasa-period of the lord of the 9 th house, the person born will, in the company of his wife, sons, grand children and relations, enjoy continuous prosperity, happiness and wealth, will perform meritorious deeds, receive royal favor and an opportunity to show reverence to Brahmins and Gods.
