Phaladeepika
असुरवरदशायां दुःस्वभावोऽथवा स्या- दतिगहनगदार्तिः सूनुनार्योर्विनाशः । विषभयमरिपीडावीक्षणोद्धर्वाङ्गीरोगः सुहृदि कृषविरोधो भूपतेर्द्वेषलाभः ॥ २१॥
At the time when Rahu's Dasa is in pro. gress, the person concerned will become wicked in (his) disposition, or will suffer from a terrible disease; which cannot be diagnosed he will lose his wife and children. There will be danger from poison and trouble from enemies and and he will suffer from diseases relating to the eyes and the head. There will also arise misunderstandings with friends and cultivators, and displeasure from the sovereign.

asuravaradazAyAM duHsvabhAvo'thavA syA- datigahanagadArtiH sUnunAryorvinAzaH । viSabhayamaripIDAvIkSaNoddharvAGgIrogaH suhRdi kRSavirodho bhUpaterdveSalAbhaH ॥ 21॥
