इत्यर्धरूपैर्विहिताः षडेते गोपित्तपीताः पुनरेव पिष्टाः। सिद्धाः परं सर्षपतैलयुक्ताश्चूर्णप्रदेहा भिषजा प्रयोज्याः ॥६॥

These six formulations, when mixed with pita-gopitta (ox-bile) and ground, and then mixed again with sarshapa-taila (mustard oil) before their administration by a wise physician in the form of a churnapradeha (paste), cure kushtha diseases (which are difficult to treat otherwise),

ityardharUpairvihitAH SaDete gopittapItAH punareva piSTAH। siddhAH paraM sarSapatailayuktAzcUrNapradehA bhiSajA prayojyAH ॥6॥
