शोधनार्थाश्च षड् वृक्षाः पुनर्वसुनिदर्शिताः। य एतान् वेत्ति संयोक्तुं विकारेषु स वेदवित् ॥७६॥

Urine and milk for medicinal purposes are obtained from 8 different animals and six plants are used for purification (shodhana). The physician who knows how to use all these materials for curing the disease is the expert physician.
