मूत्रोत्सङ्गः स विच्छिन्नमुच्छेषगुरुशेफसः । वाताकृतिर्भवेद्वातान्मूत्रे शुष्यति सङ्क्षयः॥३४॥
Mutra passes in vichchinna (split form) and uchchesha (with some residual urine in the enlarged or engorged penis) from the guru shepha (enlarged penis due to accumulation of excess urine in the penis). This is mutrotsanga [Mutra samkshaya (suppression of urine formation)] Due to aggravation of vata, the urine gets decreased with manifestation of vatakriti (symptoms of aggravated vata). The condition is mutra kshaya.
