जन्मेशोऽन्यैर्यद्यदृष्टोऽर्कपुत्रं पश्यत्यार्किर्जन्मपं वा बलोनम् ॥ दीक्षां प्राप्नोत्यार्किदृक्काणसंस्थे भोमार्क्यशे सौरदृष्ठटे च चन्द्रे ॥ १५-३ ॥
If ruler of the sign of the Moon at birth is not aspected by those other (planets) and it aspects Saturn or Saturn aspects the weak ruler of the sign of the Moon at birth, one attains initiation. When the Moon is situated in the drekkana of Saturn and in the portion of Mars or Saturn aspected by Saturn, one attains initiation.
