द्राक्षां कणां पञ्चमूलं तृणाख्यं च पचेज्जले । तेन क्षीरं शृतं शीतं पिबेत्समधुशर्करम् ॥ ३६ ॥
Draksha (Vitis vinifera), kana (Piper longum), 5 types of grasses should be boiled in water, this water is mixed with milk and boiled and then cooled; should be consumed mixed with honey and sugar;
english translation
साधितां तेन पेयां वा सुशीतां मधुनान्विताम् । शठीह्रीवेरबृहतीशर्कराविश्वभेषजम् ॥ ३७ ॥
or from the decoction of these herbs, Peya (thin gruel) is prepared and used cold along with honey. Curcuma zedoaria, Pavonia odorata, Solanum indicum, Sugar and Zingiber officinale are macerated well with water and filtered through cloth.

पिष्ट्वा रसं पिबेत्पूतं वस्त्रेण घृतमूर्छितम् । मेदां विदारीं काकोलीं स्वयङ्गुप्ताफलं बलाम् ॥ ३८ ॥

शर्करां जीवकं मुद्गमाषपर्ण्यौ दुरालभाम् । कल्कीकृत्य पचेत्सर्पिः क्षीरेणाष्टगुणेन तत् ॥ ३९ ॥
sharkara (sugar), Malaxis acuminata, Vigna trilobata, Teramnus labialis, Fagonia cretica are made into a paste and medicated ghee is cooked along with eight parts of milk.

पानभोजनलेहेषु प्रयुक्तं पित्तकासजित् । लिह्याद्वा चूर्णमेतेषां कषायमथवा पिबेत् ॥ ४० ॥
This should be used for drinking, admixture to food and confections; it cures cough arising from pitta; the powder of these may be licked or decoction of the above herbs may be consumed.
