मधुत्रिपलसंयुक्तान् कुर्यादक्षसमान् गुडान् । दाडिमाम्बुपयःपक्षिरसतोयसुरासवान् ॥ २६ ॥
Along with three pala (144 grams) of honey, the entire mass is mixed and made into guḍās (boluses or pills) of one akṣa (12 g) each. After consuming it, the person should drink either the juice of Punica granatum, milk, soup of the meat of birds, water, wine, or fermented infusions.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptतान् भक्षयित्वानुपिबेन् निरन्नो भुक्त एव वा । पाण्डुकुष्ठज्वरप्लीहतमकार्शोभगन्दरम् ॥ २७ ॥
It should be consumed either on an empty stomach or after food. This pill cures anaemia, skin diseases, fever, diseases of the spleen, bronchial asthma, haemorrhoids, and rectal fistula.

It also cures diseases of the heart and urine, foetid smell or disorders of semen, disorders of the digestive fire, consumption, chronic or combination poisoning, abdominal enlargement, cough, menorrhagia, bleeding diseases, dropsy, abdominal tumours, and throat disorders.
