न हिंसा नैव कारुण्यं नौद्धत्यं न च दीनता। नाश्चर्यं नैव च क्षोभः क्षीणसंसरणे नरे॥१७- १६॥
In a person free from attachment for this world, there is neither aggression nor submissiveness, neither pride nor lowliness, neither surprise nor agitation.
न मुक्तो विषयद्वेष्टा न वा विषयलोलुपः। असंसक्तमना नित्यं प्राप्ताप्राप्तमुपाश्नुते॥१७- १७॥
The liberated man is not averse to the senses and nor is he attached to them. He enjoys himself continually with an unattached mind in both achievement and non-achievement.
