Arthashastra
आभ्यन्तरं बाह्यं गुह्यं प्रकाश्यम् आत्ययिकम् उपेक्षितव्यं वा कार्यं "इदम् एवम्" इति विशेषयेच् च ॥
He shall also give the exact particulars--as this is thus--of whatever work is external, internal, secret, open, costly, or negligible.
english translation
AbhyantaraM bAhyaM guhyaM prakAzyam Atyayikam upekSitavyaM vA kAryaM "idam evam" iti vizeSayec ca ॥
