स यदा पण्य मूल्ये निक्षेप प्रयोगैर् उपचितः स्यात् तदा एनं रात्रौ मोषयेत् ॥
As soon as a considerable amount of money has been gathered as sale-proceeds, deposits and loans, he may cause himself to be robbed of the amount.
english translation
sa yadA paNya mUlye nikSepa prayogair upacitaH syAt tadA enaM rAtrau moSayet ॥
