दण्ड पारुष्याच् च तम् एव दोषम् अन्येभ्यः प्राप्नोति ॥
Owing to oppressive punishment, one is liable to the same punishment at the hands of one's enemies.
english translation
daNDa pAruSyAc ca tam eva doSam anyebhyaH prApnoti ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptइति कोपजस् त्रि वर्गः ॥
Such is the nature of the triad of evils due to anger.

The fourfold vices due to desire are hunting, gambling, women and drinking.

kAmajas tu mRgayA dyUtaM striyaH pAnam iti catur vargaH ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतस्य "मृगया द्यूतयोर् मृगया गरीयसी" इति पिशुनः ॥
Pisuna says that of hunting and gambling, hunting is a worse vice.

tasya "mRgayA dyUtayor mRgayA garIyasI" iti pizunaH ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscript"स्तेन अमित्र व्याल दाव प्रस्खलन भय दिन् मोहाः क्षुत् पिपासे च प्राण आबाधस् तस्याम् ॥
for falling into the hand of robbers, enemies and elephants, getting into wild fire, fear, inability to distinguish between the cardinal points, hunger, thirst and loss of life are evils consequent upon hunting.
