विक्रम काले शौण्डिक व्यञ्जनाः पुत्र दार प्रेत अपदेशेन "नैषेचनिकम्" इति मदन रस युक्तान् मद्य कुम्भान् शतशः प्रयच्छेयुः ॥
On occasions of any affray spies under the guise of vintners, should, under the plea of the birth of a son, of marriage or of the death of a man, distribute as toast (naishechanika) hundreds of vessels of liquor adulterated with the juice of madana plant.
english translation
vikrama kAle zauNDika vyaJjanAH putra dAra preta apadezena "naiSecanikam" iti madana rasa yuktAn madya kumbhAn zatazaH prayaccheyuH ॥
