अक्ष भूमि हस्त दोषाणां च अप्रतिषेधने द्वि गुणो दण्डः ॥

. If he does not forbid tricks of hand and other deceitful practices, be shall be punished with twice the amount of the fine (levied from the deceitful gamblers.)
